Refund and Returns Policy
shipping policy
All items are made to order and production time will take approximately 1-3 weeks, depending on how busy our team is and whether or not load shedding is affecting production or not.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery can take between 3 and 5 working days.
We charge a flat shipping rate of R100 for delivery anywhere in South Africa.
return & refund policy
We regret, no cash refunds will be processed. Refunds will however be granted in the form of a store credit.
Exchanges are welcome and will only be allowed within 7 days from delivery date.
Returns need to be requested via email to info@saltydogapparel.co.za
We will only accept original, unworn, unused Salty Dog Apparel items free of odours, defects, stains or any signs that the item has been worn, used or altered in anyway.
Return courier costs are for the customer’s expense. Customers are to arrange their own courier collection and delivery to our design HQ which can be found inside:

Exchanges and credits will only be processed once the original item has been received and checked for defects.
We accept no liability for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
Please check all size measurements, images and descriptions before purchasing an item.
1. defective merchandise
All Salty Dog merchandise is personally checked for quality before being couriered. In the unlikely event of a defective garment, please send an email, with an appropriate photograph attached, to info@saltydogapparel.co.za as soon as the item is unpacked. Collection and return courier costs will be covered by us.
