Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
- Production Time: All items are made to order, with production taking approximately 15 working days, depending on team capacity and potential disruptions such as load shedding.
- Shipping Notification: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes between 3 and 5 working days after dispatch.
- Shipping Rate: We charge a flat shipping rate of R110 for delivery anywhere in South Africa.
International Shipping
- International Courier Partner: All international shipments are handled by Aramex, a trusted global courier service.
- Shipping Costs: Rates for international shipping are calculated based on the total cart weight and the current exchange rate. Exact costs will be displayed at checkout.
- Currency Conversion: Salty Dog Apparel uses GEOIP technology to display prices and rates in your home currency for a seamless shopping experience.
- Estimated Delivery Time: International delivery times may vary by location and range from 3 to 14 working days after dispatch.
- Important: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in the shipping rates. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Return & Refund Policy
General Policy
- We regret that no cash refunds will be processed. Refunds will only be granted in the form of a store credit.
- Exchanges are welcome and must be requested within 7 days from the delivery date.

- Original, unworn, and unused.
- Free of odors, stains, defects, or any signs of wear, use, or alteration.
- Note: Exchanges and credits will only be processed once the original item has been received and inspected for compliance.

- We accept no liability for returned items lost or damaged in transit. Please use a reliable courier service and retain proof of shipment.
International Returns
- Return Restrictions: Due to logistical and financial constraints, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items shipped internationally.
- Defective Merchandise: If you receive a defective garment, please email [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the package, including photographs of the defect.
- Resolution for Defective Items: We will review the issue and, if deemed defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement.
